Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how to return Verixy and other food-supplement products sold by Trizeloneiazai, Kansankatu 2, 96100 Rovaniemi, Finland. It complements statutory consumer protections for distance contracts in Finland, the European Union, and—where equivalent law exists—the United Kingdom, without replacing mandatory local rules in your place of residence.
Because goods are shipped from Finland, customs or import charges paid to third parties are generally non-refundable even when the product price is credited.
2. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from purchases made at a distance. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive the goods. Notify us through contact@trizeloneiazai.world with your order reference before the deadline expires.
3. Hygiene and sealed goods
Food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or not as described. Keep packaging intact if you want to evaluate wording only.

5. Defective items
If the product arrives damaged, short-count, or with an illegible label, send photographs and the batch code. We will offer replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
6. Return shipping costs
Where the law places return costs on the consumer, you pay postage unless we state otherwise for a specific campaign. We document any promotional free-return windows in your order confirmation.
